Description

Transfer from your hotel in El Calafate to Punta Bandera. Boarding at 8:30/9:00 am at La Soledad Private Port (Tranquila Bay, Punta Bandera Place).
The tour begins with a northwest direction, passing through Punta Avellaneda and Boca del Diablo, the narrowest passage of the lake, with a width of approximately 800 meters.
After two hours of navigation, the succession of icebergs of the most varied colors and shapes announces the proximity of the Upsala glacier. We stop in front of the iceberg barrier that momentarily prevents the entrance to the Upsala Canal, and if weather conditions permit, we admire the Upsala Glacier from the distance.
We continue along the Argentino lake heading south, and take the Spegazzini Channel to reach the glacier of the same name. Navigation allows a striking approach to this glacier that has front walls between 80 and 135 meters above the lake level. Lunch is served enjoying this wonderful landscape.
Then we arrive at the Cows Post - extremely quiet bay within the Spegazzini channel-, where the captain silences the engines to allow passengers to share an interesting walk coordinated by our team of guides. In this descent it is possible to appreciate magnificent panoramic points of the Spegazzini Glacier.
In the afternoon you navigate the front of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
OPTIONAL: Descent on the walkways facing the glacier, CHECK ADDITIONAL FEE.
Later the return is undertaken by the North Arm, to be arriving at the Private port La Soledad at 18: 00/18: 30hs.
